Mobile transfer

I have to transfer my mobile from BT to EE.BT gave me a PAC, but the EE website doesn't recognise it. There seems to be no one I can talk to to sort out this very minor problem.Has anyone found a way?

Good evening, I am a customer EE and my deal expire în December I saw adv on Facebook about only sim 18.99 £ per month.,but when I am logging in my account doesn't appear show that is 23£ per month. Why I can't choose that deal cheaper.Thank you
