Is it a pay as you go or pay monthly SIM?

Is it a replacement or brand new?

Are you in the UK?

I'm having the same problem.... Just bought a new PAYG SIM but it's not working and I have no signal. I'm in UK. 

When I use my OLD SIM, also PAYG EE, it works fine.

You would need to register the new SIM card, please get in touch with our customer care team who will get this sorted for you.

Hi team

I have a standard size PAYG sim but need a smaller one (micro) now to fit an iphone i have been supplied - how do i go about requesting such?

Thanks for coming here. 

To order a new SIM card with the same number, please get in touch with our mobile care team and they will get this sent out to you. 

Or, if you can visit an EE Store they can replace the SIM card for you if you take photo ID with you 🙂
