Hi my daughter is due for upgrade but i only want sim card.

@Welsh-rach   You can upgrade her contract to a sim only contract if you wish you this this via your account and click upgrade on that device them select sim only 

 

Or are you moving her over to EE ?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
