Hi,

I submitted my PAC code alongside my order for a PAYM sim only card. But I’m not sure if my request has gone through?  I tried the online form and it keeps saying the PAC is incorrect but it is the right one. When I call 150 it recognises that I’m a new customer and if I want to port my number. But when I go through the process it says ‘something has gone wrong with your PAC Port-In Request.’ 
Who can I call to check if the process has started??

If your PAC code is no longer recognised, your number transfer may be underway. Our Customer Care Team will be happy to confirm if you get in touch on 150.

Thanks James. I have called to get an update and the port is registered and will be actioned tomorrow. Seems there is a glitch with the online self serve system giving incorrect information.
