Number transfer

Just had txt from ee saying it will be a month before pac number transfer from gigaf to ee. was led to believe it only took one day. Any ideas please ?

There is no account access on these forums. You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 for the exact reason.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 for mobile and 0330 123 1105 for Broadband..

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
