eSIM

Had a new iPhone, started transferring from my old phone to my new, eSIM accidentally gets deleted. Now I’m stuck as I work full time 10 hours a day all week so i can’t go to an EE store. Online I can’t use any of the methods to re activate or receive a new eSIM as my I can’t verify my device by receiving a code in a text or call due to the fact I can’t receive texts and calls as I have no sim. What can I do?

Hi @Jackthdavis

Welcome to the community.

If the existing eSIM has been deleted, it would need either a new physical SIM or eSIM to be connected.

With you not having a connection at the moment, you'd either need to speak to our customer service guides from another phone, to have a replacement sent out in the post, or visit an EE store with photo ID to have one set up there.

Some of the stores do have longer opening hours, and you can check the options on our Store Finder page.
