Last night while playing about with my phone I hit the e-sim button on my new phone and now my normal SIM card will not work at all in either phones.

I ordered a new sim last week Monday and I still don't have a replacement, so I ordered another one and still nothing.. Can't live chat or call anyone because well.. I have no sim.. any ideas what to do I'm in desperate need
