Please can someone help me I have tried setting up my new iPhone 13 and activated some e-sim thing…then I transferred it to my new iPhone from my iPhone 11.
the new iPhone 13nappearsed to have two sims so I deleted the esim on both devices and now my actual sim doesn’t work it says no service….? What can I do please

@SanaSaeed you’ll have to request a replacement SIM card you can do this via calling customer services and it’ll be posted to you or you can go an a EE store to request a replacement SIM card, you’ll need photo ID with you.
