Samsung Galaxy S20 FE. My phone supports dual sim (there are 2 sim's showing in phone info). However, the option to add mobile plan is missing in sim manager. How do I rectify this?

Hi @BlueCassidy,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
Are you trying to setup an eSIM for an existing EE plan?

Hi James
Yes, I'm currently in India. I've purchased an esim to use but when i go into the sim manager in settings there isn't an option to add a mobile plan in order to use it.

Hi @BlueCassidy,
I've double checked and your phone uses a hybrid SIM slot, rather than eSIM.
To use a second SIM card, you'll need to insert another physical SIM into the memory card slot.
Hope this helps. 🙂

Thanks James.
Having already bought an esim I think that's a bit of cash I'll not be getting back!
I don't think it's that easy buying a sim card here as a foreign national

@BlueCassidy You should be able to purchase a PAYG sim and use that.

Hi Chris, I've just looked in the sim holder and there is the current sim and a micro sd card. There doesn't appear to be a place for a second sd card

Hi @BlueCassidy
You can find details in the How to use or manage dual SIM cards on your phone Samsung support page.
