Resolved! Transfer number

I tried transferring my old number to my new ee sim but couldnt get through it. It always ends up with an error. I followed the guidelines given in transferring numbers.

Resolved! Number port? How do I know if it's happening?

I ordered an additional line and put my porting info in.  The order had an issue so someone had to manually tweak it.The SIM was activated Friday and I have the new number.  I can't see that the port is in progress.However if I go into my SIM setting...
