Can’t receive any new messages

  • I don’t know if it’s my SIM card but I can not receive new messages unless it’s from someone in my contacts, I have two step verification on an app and I have not received the code for it at all, I tried other apps as well and has gotten nowhere.

As a test, could you try sending a message from your phone to your own phone number?

Have you tried restarting your phone?
