PAC code

I have recently swapped over to another network and need a PAC code but I can't text or call due to having no signal and I can't gain one on the my EE app, how can I get one to swap over?

Purchased a new iPhone and sim not working

Hi , I purchased a iPhone 14+ on Friday and have not been able to make calls or receive text apart from via WiFi. Is there anything I need to do that I’ve not done. Everything has transferred over from my XR but not the phone signal. thank you

Transferring number from EE to 02

I have transferred my EE number to 02. I can make calls and text but no one can call or text me back. 02 are useless, it’s been 5 days of complaining now. I wish I’d stayed with EE.
