New Sim

My new sim card is not registering my phone number on my upgraded Samsung phone. Phone number hasn't changed and my previous phone was also Samsung. I've tried lots of things but nothing working. Help!

Hi i want to keep my old number so i followed the instructions and got my PAC code however i am at that stage where to include your new EE number i got through my sim card but it's saying its not a UK number when it's clearly the number i was given.
