Leaving EE

Hi, I have three sims with EE and am cancelling one of them. I’ve got the PAC code to take my number with me to my new provider. Do I need to do anything else to cancel my EE sim? The contract has ended. Thanks

Unsolicited new EE SIM card

Hiya folks, hope you’re ok there. Any ideas why EE would randomly send my wife a new SIM card out of the blue? She’s not been looking at any upgrading sites or anything. Many thanks for any ideasT.

I port my number to EE but my internet is not working from 4 days they said it will be activated in 3 days i want to know what is going on i called at 150 and they put me on hold for 34minutes and still didn’t get off the hold i want a solution ASAP
