Transferring from another network

Morning I’m trying to transfer from 3 to ee , I’ve sent my pac code but it still hasn’t transferred, could you please let me know when it will be transferred thanks.

Ah right, in that case the transfer would be underway today, to be completed tomorrow (27th June).

If it still hasn't completed by tomorrow, I would suggest that you get in touch with the mobile care team by calling 150 from your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any phone to check it has gone through correctly.

Number ports should take 24 hours excluding weekends - when did you request it and how?
