PAC code

Is it possible to find out on the EE website how to cancel your contract and get your PAC code?
EE seem to have made this information hard to find and after years of being with EE I’ve had enough of them now.

@God13 : As you want to keep your number, text PAC to 65075. It will respond with your PAC & how much you will have to pay in Early Termination Fees if you are still within your min term. Give the PAC to new provider. This will have the effect of cancelling your EE contract but you may be liable to pay early termination fees. Best to do this in last few days of your contract term so you have little or no overlap.

If you request a PAC then you don't cancel with EE yourself.

Be clear on what you want to do, as cancelling your contract will prevent a PAC being issued.

Using a PAC ports your number to another network, and in doing so cancels your EE contract. If you request a 30day disconnection, this prevents & cancels a PAC.

There' s an EE help page which explains further - https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/managing-and-using-my-account/leaving-ee/how-do-i-cancel-my-contract-...  which, incidentally, is easily found using a Google search.
