Have not received 5G sim for remaining t-mobile number

  • I have received 2 sims in the mail to replace t-mobile sims I lost and had been unable to use for ages as they were 2G. I have 3 numbers which I have still been paying for and have received 2 replacements in the mail but I am still missing one of the sims. I had hoped it was lost in the mail but it's still not turned up about a fortnight after receiving the other 2. I'm hoping someone can get in touch with me on here as I have problems with long phonecalls due to anxiety and I am sure there will be long waits on the phone.

@Caruss  This isn’t customer services it’s a public forum and no one here knows who you are let alone have access to your EE account.  If you need to speak with customer services you need to call them. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks, I'm aware it's a public forum but I was hoping someone who had a similar problem might reply. I know some EE staff have replied on other threads so I asked in case someone could get in touch this way. It's too late in the day to phone as it will be too busy so I will most likely phone them on Monday if I can't get a reply from someone on here
