Resolved! Sim lost

Hi i ve lost my sim and its still in use someone else using it. I need a new sim and block the other one. 

Problem Lebara to EE

Cannot port in from Lebara to EE.After input the valid and not expired PAC code, only show "Please make sure you enter the right code. Your PAC will look like ABC123456. Your STAC will look like 123456ABC."
