New sim not working after porting

I have received a new SIM after moving from Plusnet and had a text to say number has been ported but I can’t make it receive calls. I have turned iPhone off and on but still not working. I can’t get through to speak to anyone at EE! Any suggestions?

Resolved! Do I need the SIM

Upgraded my SIM only contract from 5 to 25Gb. Do I need to change my SIM card for a new one (which is being posted) or will my old card be valid for the additional data?Chris

Not active my ee sim

Before i use lebara sim nd then after i transfer to ee to same number. I was by my ee sim yesterday but its 24 hours complete nd then my sim is not active nd i can't get the pin .so please help me

Resolved! Changing network provider on old device

Have inputted a Free SIM card (French network) in my old device. It’s telling me the SIM card is not supported, and that the current network provider (EE) needs to unlock the device. Please could someone help?
