How can i get the sim after i switch to EE through the website?

Did you get a PAC code from your previous network? This would enable you to keep your number.

When did you make the switch? SIM cards are sent out via second class post, so you should receive it within the next few days.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

I made the switch last friday. As it says the numbers will be transferred within 24 hours, i worry i dont have the sim to make my mobile function.

@nickelyeah switches do not happen over the weekend, so it should happen on Monday, SIM cards are sent out by second class post.

Does your SIM card from your previous network still work? Once that does not work, then the switch should be complete.
