I have a physical SIM with EE and would like to change over to an eSIM, i cant find anything on myEE how do I arrange this?

Can’t receive any new messages

I don’t know if it’s my SIM card but I can not receive new messages unless it’s from someone in my contacts, I have two step verification on an app and I have not received the code for it at all, I tried other apps as well and has gotten nowhere.
