Dear all ,
Please help!!! Last month it was asked( by plus net) me to my 17 years of used number transferred from Plus net to EE. Plus net had given Pac code and was handed over to EE . Now for a week time my number is inactive and both network companies are washing their hands as they are not giving every day excuse of 24 hrs.... ( I am missing very important call from work and social..) while I contact them!! I had already spent almost 7.30 hrs to deal with this matter on the phone. What to do to get back my number. Please help.....

I am very sorry to hear this is happening.
When you last spoke with our customer care team what was advised in regards to your number port request?
