Sim card lost during transfer from Plusnet to EE

Hiya, I was in the process of porting over to EE from Plusnet and in that process I have lost the new EE sim card- it popped out when I was changing sims and haven't been able to locate it. Is there any way to contact EE without phoning them as I now don't have any mobile service? Looking on the help page the only options are to phone them.
Should it just be a case of ordering a replacement sim?

Do you have access to the EE app yet?
Alternatively, you can visit your local EE Store with photo ID to collect a new SIM.

Hiya Katie. thanks for getting back to me.
Never got a chance to install the app on my mobile as didn't actually get a chance to use a working EE sim.
I have found an email - if I don't get any reply then I will pop into the local EE store.
