Resolved! Replacement Sim Request

Unfortunately I got caught in the rain yesterday and I believe my sim card is now damaged.How do I get a replacement sim card?  I can't seem to order online as they want to send an OTP number to my phone.  And if I call the helpline number (a mobile)...

Me too. I called and they told me just to wait until my Plusnet sim stopped working. I’m still using it today , but my EE contract started on 2 Aug.

Where is my SIM card?

I ordered a new SIM card 17th July (new customer) it still hasn't arrived. I cant get beyond options menu as I do not have an EE number yet. Tried entering my order number on the tracking site and that isn't working.How can I find out where my SIM is...
