My ISP, Plusnet, sent me a temporary EE Mini Hub to use while it takes over 2 months to set up the broadband connection at my house.
Product name 4G WiFi, Model number EE72E
This Mini Hub is apparently preventing me from accessing the National Lottery website. How do I get the Content Lock turned off? This device is not obviously not associated with my EE mobile phone account because it was arranged for me by Plusnet.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

@Dickie-D : Gambling implies Adult! EE's Content Lock is being applied to adult sites. Are you on contract or PAYG?

Thanks for trying to help. Unfortunately that doesn't work because the hub has been temporarily loaned to me, so it is not linked to my EE account in any way and I don't know what mobile number it is using.
Having logged in to its admin interface, it tells me the mobile connection is BT rather than EE so I'll contact them about it.

Mobile routers contain a SIM. All SIMs have a mobile no. Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see your data & credit status as well as its mobile no. at the top.
