Out of interest, is your IP geolocated in the UK? whatismyip.com should tell you.

Please don't post your IP on here.

@Kirigaya_Kazuto   It’s working for me with private relay.   Try restarting location services.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Sorry, I made the mistake of posting it, as it wasn't an address on my home wifi (so not my IP). it should be, I was on 5G at work - using Apples relay. I haven't attempted to turn it off and see if it works

Saying that, I loaded it over 4G and got an IP of 104.28.**.**

With mine it was definitely Apple Private relay.   Included in my ICloud storage subscription there is Apple Private Relay to stop government and other sites tracking your browsing history through your IP address.  The  National Lottery is one site that automatically checks IP addresses  to authenticate you are UK resident. However because they can not identify the country it is presumed you are outside the UK and blocks access. To solve it I went to my device Settings, click on my  iCloud data, scrolled down and turned off the Private Relay  for the day.

@Darcy13   I’ve literally just logged in to the lottery with private relay switched on.    I’ve got my IP setting set to “use country and time zone“    But you don’t need to switch off private relay as you can do this for some websites.

If a website doesn't work with Private Relay

If a website relies on IP filtering, monitoring or rate-limiting, it may require your IP address to be visible. You can turn off Private Relay temporarily for that website only.

To temporarily allow a website to see your IP address:*

  • iPhone or iPad: tap the Page Settings button

  • , then tap Show IP Address.
  • Mac: in Safari, choose View > Reload and Show IP Address.

you might want to read more about this HERE      But again the lottery website works for me with private relay.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

This worked for me, as the euro lottery said I was outside the UK. I’m in middle England. (With BT/EE If it makes a difference? )
I think it’s because I was using an iPad.
I went to iCloud in SETTINGS then TURNED OFF PRIVATE RELAY. See below.. I turned it OFF . It worked ok immediately, then on again AFTER I HAD  used the lottery.
Hope this is helpful.
