Transfer of number

I have recentley joined EE on the 19th dec.. i submitted my pac code on the same day.. today is the 24th dec and it still hasnt been transfered over.. i sent a text with the pac code and i recieved a reply to say do not submit it again as we have recieved your request.. so today on the 24th my number still hant been transfered over.. any help on this please?

If your PAC was submitted on the 19/12 before 5.30pm, your number should have ported-in by the end of 20/12

EE CS have access to your individual account and should be able to check on the status of your port-in.
