Hi, I have three sims with EE and am cancelling one of them. I’ve got the PAC code to take my number with me to my new provider. Do I need to do anything else to cancel my EE sim? The contract has ended. Thanks

Hi @LK102 ,
If you've given your PAC to your new provider then your number will usually port across the next working day. Once your number has moved, your EE account for that number will close. No further action would be required.
However, until you give your PAC to the new provider, your EE contact would continue as normal.
