I ordered a sim on 25th any idea when will i receive the sim, the tracking thing doesn't work 

New sim card with same number

I travelled outside the UK and my sim card got broken. I cannot make calls. How do I get a new sim card without being disconnected? I am currently on Pay-As-You-Go deal.Thank you.
