On Sunday 27th November, I got ee sim with Samsung a53g, I was given mobile number . So I tried to port my lyca sim number. But till Wednesday 30/11/2022 the both my lyca and ee number is not working, so I went back to your office at queensgate where I was told the ee number they gave me earlier was in error, so he gave me another number, he did the keep my number, . ..but neither the lyca nor my ee is working.

You'll need to go back to store. Your Lyca number maybe lost. Once your line is set up give EE CS a call on 150 to check the port of your Lyca number out.
