Esin is available in EE Network

Hey, I have been with EE Network past 12 years but now planning to leave because there are no Esin facilities in EE but another Network provider giving in facilities to their customer

Are you using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?

eSIM is only available on pay monthly.

I have spoken to EE Customer service regarding the swap esim but they say that EE does not have esim services in the United Kingdom is that true?

EE does have eSim for pay monthly customers, check on your my EE account, you'll need an eSim capable phone/device though

I'm sorry you were given incorrect information when you contacted Customer Care.

As @Kirigaya_Kazuto said, eSIM is available to our pay monthly customers.
