BT has transferred me to EE and sent me 2 sims as family pack. I got PAC code 3 days back and did what the BT team told me.
I spoke to EE customer service today and I was told that my BT number will be ported to EE sim today.
Still waiting it to happen....
Not satisfied with the service. I do not why I agreed to shift from BT to EE..

Hi @Atulvats
Welcome to the community.
Usually number ports go through the next working day and it can take up until midnight to go through. Could you try restarting the devices this morning and let me know if they're working please?

Thanks but it is not working. It is like right hand doesnt know what the
left is working. EE has ported me to their own number instead of my
original BT number. No one understands that it is very difficult to chase
customer care on a working day.
God know when it will happen
