Resolved! Cannot make calls using my new SIM

I have purchased a new SIM on a £15 unlimited minutes plan, but it won't let me make any calls. It say I have £0. Why is this? I have registered my credit card details and it says it will take my first payment today.

When moving to Ee I kept my old number, however, sometimes text messages are received from that temporary number. If you ring or text my original number that also comes through to my phone?In settings on the SIM card it displays the incorrect number ...

Re: No service with new sim

For new people this number sends you to an automated service. It’s IMPOSSIBLE to get to the right answer and has added HOURS onto the painful search to get a sim working!!! I hate this

Resolved! Transferring BT number to EE failure

On Wednesday 26th April my EE account became live with the advice that my by number would be transferred within 24 hours. It’s now Saturday 29th and still no sign off it, is this normal for EE. Not sure if this is a good move!
