Hi there,
I’m currently in Australia, I lost my simcard in Thailand and now I can’t log in to anything online abroad to pay fees and I think I’ll struggle cancelling my contract too, any way I can sort this?

I am sorry to hear you lost your SIM in Thailand, I could imagine this to be pretty frustrating whilst being abroad.
What happens when you try to log in to your My EE account?
To cancel your contract it would require speaking with our customer care team.

Hi there,
i can get into my EE online but I need an e sim of something so can use my number and get into all my other accounts, is this even possible? It’d be nice to have an email to contact because this is rather hard to navigate

It sounds like you may need to speak to our Mobile Care team. I know of other users in a similar situation using a VoIP service such as Skype to call us from abroad.
