Porting issue

So I requested to transfer my number from EE to Smarty recently and was expecting it to transfer over a few days ago. However this did not appear to have happened as expected, My EE aim went dead and I therefore put my new SIM into my phone and was surprised that the number hadn’t been moved over.  I therefore contacted  Smarty who advised that the number hasn’t been sent to them (nor Three). I have been in contact with EE and was assisted by a very helpful guy called Dillon who advised me that he could see it ported out of EE’s system. He later confirmed that EE had experienced porting issues and that the problem was being dealt with. Anyway, a few days later I still don’t have my number and have been told there’s nothing can be done  as the number has gone from EE’s  system and the Port files are gone.

Is there anything else I can do??

@Sparkyp83   There is nothing you can do except contact smarty.   You no longer have any connection with EE and you’ve been told by EE that your number has been moved away from EE.    

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
