Hello I accidentally ordered a replacment sim through my ee account and I don't actually need a new one. I have a pay g sim and I have no payment methods on my account. It says it will charge 1.50 but again I have no payment methods linked to my account. Will I get another email or text message saying it will be cancelled because of my funds. So far I haven't but I don't need the replacment sim anyway. My current sim hadnt been deactivated but I still have an email saying thank you for ordering a replacement sim. (Attached below). Can someone give me an answer because there's literally nothing on the community or even the Internet about this subject.

@Ste4lthy007 Wait and see if it turns up. If EE do send you one the next time you top up EE will take £1.50 from that top up. I wouldn’t worry about it until a sim turns up. You could call customer services and see if you can cancel this order, don’t forget you need credit on your account to pay a flat rate fee to call customer services.
