Customer Service getting worse

Ever since the merge with BT ee has got progressively worse on several levels.

The latest issue has been with an esim. Added an e-sim to my iPhone. Went through all the steps up to the verification part then pear shaped. Says will text a code, when requested, every 10 minutes. No text. Do this 3 times in total, nearly 30 minutes, still no text. Gave up and then  logged out as was sick of waiting. Lo and behold, logged out and 3 text codes come through all at once. Try again and when entering the codes one at a time, none valid.

Needless to say will be leaving ee once contract up in couple months
