My Contract SIM has stopped working

For the past week I’ve had brief messages on my iPhone E saying No Sim Installed but today it’s fully packed in and I am unable to contact EE directly as a result.

I have tried taking it out and cleaning it then restarted my phone but nothing has worked. 

Is there somewhere on this website I can order a new sim?

@AlJoHo992  You can not use the website to order a replacement sim as you would receive a text to confirm that order.   You need to call customer services to request a replacement sim or you can go to an EE store and request one.   You’ll need photo ID to do that request. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I have the same problem on a Samsung phone its also saying number not registered
