New customer esim

I signed up to EE a week ago on a eSIM only deal. How do I get my eSIM/SIM card ? I’ve had no correspondence from EE other than an email thanking me for my order. And today I received my first bill? But no simm or qr code. someone please help. 

Trying to enter PAC code

 i tried 2 times to enter my PAC code but got this messageI sent ee my PAC code before it expired but since they took too long verifying it, it expired and now I need a new one. I got the new one but now I can't enter it cuz of this error

Hi Christopher i just port to EE network and I can’t make any calls it keeps saying call failed and call ended what can I do pls 

pac code problems

i cant get a pac code as my phone isnt working and i cant go to shop  this is getting ridiculous they have messed me around for 2 weeks .Surely there is some way to get pac code through email or on here i am going crazy can anyone help please.

So I go to a tibte sim sends me a code on another device I don’t have another device and can’t call sims locked??? Very clever 

I have had a phone replacement and need to download esim

New Sim won't make or receive calls

My old number was due to port over on the 27th June. (I'd spoken to EE tech support due to an original issue and they assured me this would happen). It hasn't ported over and I am unable to make or receive calls, or send SMS messages. I can use WiFi....
