Hi, any tips on how it was sorted please? Mine is now doing the same. Had the SIM since about 2021 but it's regularly disconnecting from the network. I have tried cleaning it carefully, also changed the network settings to manually connect to EE but no luck. My main problem is that I cannot access the account to order a new SIM as it is paid for by my previous company and they made me redundant! Still got a while left on the contract so I want to se it of course 🙂

Can you explain what you mean by "regularly disconnecting from the network"? Is the account in your name?

Hi, it was constantly telling me there was no SIM inserted then finding the network again. I think I have resolved it by converting it to an E-Sim while it was connected but not sure yet

No unfortunately, it didn't fix anything. I am hoping I can move to the other SIM port but my phone doesn't seem to let me do it

Hi Leanne_T,
I stuck a piece of masking tape under the sim to make it a bit thicker and it seems to have worked so far. I think the reader inside the phone was the issue in the end.
