I can see that this issue has been reported a few times before. The only solution given was to call on 150. As you know calling a customer care number is not straightforward and a waste of time. If the online form is not capable of handling this then...

Need to keep my old number but it won’t work

I have put in my new sim I’ve done everything that I needed to be able to stilluse my old number but it won’t work

Hi, I have the same issue, I need to replace a micro sim for a nano. Clicking on the 'Order a replacement Sim' above simply takes me to a link device page for a passcode which I've done, twice... but then does not take me to the relevent page! A work...
