Got a new SIM card today due to old one not working. Have inserted into phone 10 mins ago..still saying no network coverage. At a loss what to do now.

Does this occur in multiple locations?

Have you tried your SIM in another device?

No haven't tried SIM in another device. Just needing help on how to activate my SIM on an Oppo phone. This is a replacement SIM.

Have no other way of contacting EE to discuss this. This has been going on for 6 weeks now.

SIM cards can take up to 24 hours to activate. 

Since your post have you got service?

Are you a pay monthly customer?
