Number not yet transferred

Hi had a sim replacement yesterday. Been way over 24hours. I received a text, saying it should swuth over by 6pm, 4 hours and nothing. Turned it on and off loads. Still no luck, this is such an inconvenience. Any help. Thanks

Converting to eSIM

I have an iPhone and I would like to convert to eSIM since I'd like to add another SIM to my phone. I have pay monthly SIM only contract and I wonder if anybody has done it. I wonder if there are any down sides of converting to eSIM.Tom

Sim issue

New sim received as old one faulty.Inserted without problem.  No EE connection  just says emergency calls only where EE should be. I've switched off and on again but no difference.  Can't contact EE because can't use phone.Any advice?
