I placed an order for an eSIM. I got welcome messages and direct debit confirmation. Will I get the option of downloading the SIM, or do I have to wait for it to arrive by post?
Same here and looks like we ordered on same day. Ordered wed 19th got same two confirmation email and DD email but nothing since. Assumed it would be immediate. Phoned up and apparently it was be several days. Not sure if I’m expecting an email or post.
