Emergency calls only

Over the last week mine and my wife's phone keeps going to emergency calls only. The phone says no SIM. I can't phone ee so I'm left yet again with no service. It's now obviously a sim problem.

Have you tried your SIM in another device?

If your phone is not detecting your SIM I would recommend trying your SIM in another device. 

If this continues when placing your SIM into another device please try a replacement SIM. 

This can be ordered by giving us a call or visiting your local EE Store

I can't use my phone to report SIM issue as my phone says no SIM in phone emergency calls only. Message bot says use WiFi calling but you need a network to activate WiFi calling. This problem is ongoing and I am getting no help from EE. They said they would call me back in 3 days that was 6 day's ago.

  • Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract. 
  • What device do you have and did EE provide it. 
  • Are you in the UK.

I have a brand new Nokia C32. I bought it thinking that my old phone was the problem. It's from ao.

Have you tried manually selecting EE from your network settings. 

Can you make sure the sim is correctly inserted.
