Data only plan - eSIM agreed - now see SIM card delivery

Why is it when an eSIM has been agreed and urgency to access plan is made clear that I now find out I have to await delivery of an physical SIM card  🤦‍♀️?

There is no account access on these forums and therefore nobody will be able to answer your question.

It could just be a misunderstanding when you agreed with the agent. Have you spoken to EE CS on 150.
