Connection issues

Hello my name is Devante and I have an issue regarding connecting issues for example logging into my job journal from UC I have waited for a text for a long time and now I can’t gain access 

Any help please

Are you saying that you can't view the UC (Universal Credit? I presume) website over EE mobile data?

Or that you're not receiving a text message OTP from UC to allow a login?
