Hi. I need help contacting EE directly.
I am an EE Monthly customer and I am currently abroad. When switching between iPhones, my EE physical SIM was transferred to the other device and converted into an eSIM. However, the new phone initially had issues and could not recognise any SIM/eSIM properly. Now that the device is working again, the EE eSIM is no longer active and I cannot use my number without reactivation via QR code.
I need EE to reissue my eSIM and provide a digital QR code for activation, as I am outside the UK and cannot receive physical SIM cards by post. I also cannot receive SMS for verification, but I can verify my identity using account information and billing details.
I can log into MyEE via the browser, but Live Chat does not appear for me, and the app also does not show any chat option. I need guidance on how to contact an EE agent remotely from abroad to request an eSIM reissue / QR code activation.
If anyone could explain how to escalate this or access an agent without SMS or UK delivery, I would really appreciate it.
Thank you.

You can contact EE-CS either by calling +44 7953 966150 from any working phone.
I suspect you'll struggle to get a replacement SIM activated whilst abroad though, whether "e" or "p" variant.
