No service on iphone

Hi,My sons iphone is saying no service but was ok this morning. I have asked Google and hes done all the steps it says but its still the same.What do I do??Thanks for any help

Resolved! Sim card

Hello I ordered a replacement sim card on the 11th and has still not turned up, I can't track as iv not received a tracking/reference number? Don't want to cancel and re order incase its on its way

I tried to set up my eSIM on my new phone but now it looks like my sim is blocked. I can’t phone or text EE for support

Resolved! T-mobile sim

I have an old t-mobile payg sim in a home security system, which has recently stopped working, It still has credit, but will now only receive texts and no longer  send text alerts.Is it still possible to transfer the number to an ee payg sim?
