Upgrading from contact to sim & keep same number

I’m overdue an upgrade and am looking to go from contract to sim only.How do I go about keeping the same number?Online it’s asking for my delivery address. I thought my plan would just change and I wouldn’t need a new sim?Thanks in advance.

I changed from Vodafone to EE and requested to keep my old number. It’s been more than 24 hours and my number is a new number and not the old one I requested to keep… help!?

I have ported my lebara number to ee and it's been 4 days still the number hasn't ported . And my lebara sim got no network now so it should be ported by now.

With the new iPhone being launched tomorrow it would be nice to have some FAQ re: eSIM.Firstly does EE support the transfering  one one iPhone to another? Really don't wish to have to list a EE store tomorrow the guys there will be busy.lee
